Europa Restaurant & Deli - Gimli

Inside filled with flies everywhere. Can’t imagine how the kitchen is. Place has no windows that open to get fresh air which I’m sure is a violation. Was extremely overly heated inside with all the grease they are cooking with. Bathroom was dirty and outdated.They tell everyone 30 mins and took them 1 hour to make our food. Then they forget to make our other food we ordered. They didn’t even seem to care.

Waited in line for 10 minutes, when our turn came up, the waiter ignored us and ran away all the time. We waited at the cash register for five minutes and left. dirty like a landfill.

We had to wait 50 55 minutes for our order (people after us were getting theirs first). Ordered a poutine and it was mostly fries, a flavourless gravy and no cheese. Very disappointing, I had visited 3 years back and it was nice but nowadays, very bad. Please let the customers know in advance an estimated wait time, else do not oversell risking the quality of the food and customer service provided.

I was there on Saturday July 22. I was with other people, they got their pizza within a reasonable amount of time. I waited 40 minutes and asked about my meal. I was told twice it was the next order up. Another 10 minutes went by. Still the next order up. Finally asked for a refund. They refunded my meal but not the tip!
