The menu is well-priced with ample options, and the servers are attentive and accommodating. A range of experiences is had, from the delicious encrusted halibut, famous tempura green beans, and indulgent french fries, to issues like missing appetizers and incorrect orders. Overall, West Side Grill seems to be a hit or miss, making it a decent spot for a visit, but with room for improvement in terms of customer service and consistency.
We went for my friend’s birthday. The staff was very attentive and sang happy birthday. It was great!!
Started off with a wonderful conversation to add people to my reservation in the morning. Upon arrival that night, Kim and Nicky our hostesses were amazing. Food and service throughout the evening was exceptional. We we’re definitely a needy group when it came to ordering additional food and beverages. Overall, I enjoyed a Wonderful evening with my family and friends. Thank you !!
We always enjoy our visits to Westside Grill. The dishes are consistently delicious. Our wait person, Christian, on this visit was amazing. He engaged with every table in his area, and really worked the room! We will be back!
Good local restaurant, celebrated a birthday which they brought out a dessert for the birthday girl. Nice service too!
Very polite service, waiters were very considerate and answered questions. Food was good and freshly made.
