Subway - Gilroy

I reached out with a question but didn’t receive any response. To make matters worse, they accidentally splattered ketchup on me. If I could give this place a -5 stars, I definitely would. I won't be returning. Plus, my sandwich tasted spoiled. Thanks a lot, Subway.

We arrived just before closing at 8:47, but the doors were already locked. The sign still indicated they were open, and the hours listed on the door showed a closing time of 9 PM. I was disappointed with Subway. They should be clearer about their actual hours of operation.

I ordered the California Turkey Club Wrap, and it was just fine. However, I was charged $13.94 for it. Interestingly, I had the same wrap at a different location yesterday for only $8.99. Because of this price difference, I won't be coming back to this place.

Do not online order here. They will not get the order in their system and will speak to you rudely and refuse to make your sandwich or refund. What a waste of money hope you enjoy my corporate donation Subway.

Excellent location. Easy to find, get into and out back on the road. Good stop headed to or from the Monterey Peninsula. Service is always good. Clean, spacious store.
