AVOID!Mobile orders being down is one thing....having customers wait idly by for their order without letting them know is another.Glad Gilroy has like 4 starbucks now. Won't be returning here. From a week ago to where my mobile order was wrong, to today where they don't let people know the mobile orders are broken.Sent my order like 30 minutes prior (because you know peak time rush) get there to wait another 15 minut... No oatmeal but they have blue berries, no blueberries but they have oatmeal. C'mon man...
Super disappointed that I asked for a grande and it wasn't full. Coffee here isn't cheap so I would expect a full cup. Next time will go in and make sure.
