Mashed pota... read more Worst service and food I have ever had at KFC! Skin on chicken tasted like it had been under lights for 2 days...hard as a rock, and so was biscuit. Mashed potatoes tasted old as well. Took over 10 minutes to get waited on with only 1 person ahead of me. Very disappointing experience.

I decided... read more This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and the most inexperienced, untrained, rude and unprofessional staff I’ve dealt with. I decided to give this place a try as I noticed they redid the whole building and looked newer. I ordered ahead of time online so I could visit the restaurant and do a quick pick up inside so I wouldn’t wait in the drive thru. I received the mobile order notification that my order was ready and they have parking locations that specifically say to p
