I called to report it, and the person on the phone asked me to bring it in for them to inspect, implying that I was lying about the roach. They claimed there are no insects, but clearly, there are cockroaches if they serve a baby one in my meal. I will never order from here again.

I strongly dislike this place and the negative atmosphere it promotes. I mentioned it to the employee, but he just gave me a blank look, so I told him for future reference. He shrugged it off. He also forgot my strawberry shake, which I waited 15 minutes for before reminding him, and then he made it right away. Additionally, someone in my group had to wait 30 minutes because they were out of thighs. The place wasn’t busy at all, yet the staff were slow. I expected better, but it is what it is.
