The woman who made mine seemed a bit new to the process, but her technique was spot on, and she did a fantastic job. I haven't had rolled ice cream like this in years!

However, I was a bit disappointed with the presentation. At other rolled ice cream shops I've visited, they usually add extra toppings to enhance the look of the dessert. Given the price you pay, I expected something similar. I suppose they don’t focus on presentation since they offer unlimited toppings.
