But then no one came and took our order or even walked by so m... read more We were treated very rude by the manager today. We came in for lunch and were sat pretty quickly. But then no one came and took our order or even walked by so my mom got up to see if we could get a waiter. Another couple comes in and the manager starts taking their orders instead of ours, which we were there first. She came to us next and we ordered and my mom mentioned waiting for a while and she said she was helping the other tables but the other tables came in 5-10 min after us. So she continues to take our orders. Then they start bringing drinks out but not for us. They served everyone around us but not us. We ordered waters and chips and salsa and it never showed up. We went over to the manager who is cleaning clean tables and asked if we could get our water because my baby was thirsty and she said ya, but then continued to clean more clean tables. So we just decided after sitting there for 20 min without anything we just decided to leave. When we walked out we asked that she cancel our order and she said ok. And I explained to her that she 's more worried about cleaning clean tables than serving her customers and we weren 't going to be treated like this. We go to chilis very very often, one of our favorite places and have never received such rude service.

I ordered the chicken fajitas, and they arrived quickly, sizzling just as promised. The portion was almost too big, but it was so delicious that I ended up finishing everything. The service was both fast and friendly. I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews; perhaps there's a new owner or staff now. This place definitely deserves a solid 5 stars! My expectations were low after reading some reviews, but this restaurant exceeded them! I would rank their chicken fajitas among the best I've ever had, and I've tried plenty!

They need more servers.I hav... read more Note the emptiness of the restaurant on a Thursday night. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, yet the building is mostly empty. They need more servers.I have to change my review from several years ago. The food was not very good. My ribeye was tough and lacked good flavor. The service was sad. After taking our order, the server ignored us. I had to request refills from someone else. The salads didn't come out ahead of the meal, and my daughter's fries never came out. I'm not inclined to come back.
