However,... read more I stopped here as I needed to stretch my legs before continuing my drive. I didn't expect much as I had just pulled over to the first restaurant I saw. However, I was completely blown away by the food. I ordered the gaucho sandwich, which is brisket and chimichurri on garlic bread (everything in Gilroy must have garlic incorporated). The brisket was the best brisket I've had in many years, even better than some of the top places I went to in Central Texas. Maybe I got their best batch they've ever made, but my gosh it was heavenly.

The corn bread wa... read more A lot to choose from, I tried the brisket it was okay, A little dry but hey I come from Texas and bar-b-q is a religious experience out there. The corn bread was flat but okay. Potato salad was good. The price was fair. The service was good. The establishment is nice and country like. Not my favorite bbq but I'll definitely visit again to try more from the menu. I recommend it overall. The bread pudding was dry dry, and not that good so maybe don't choose that.. Oh and the sauce was on point, nice...
