None of the links casings were full of meat and because of this each casing had... read more These things were really nasty. This must be a local thing. I bought 4 of them. None of the links casings were full of meat and because of this each casing had a oily, greasy, mushy, mealy, meat consistency. Each casing I bit into was a burst of oil and grease followed by a gross mushy meat mash. Totally disgusting. The women that worked there were extremely friendly and informative. The restaurant inside and out was a proud display that it had been been in business for a long time. But again, it must be a local thing. If you are not from Gilmer then I don't going here. These thing were disgusting.
