Great locals place that really knows the Hot Links game. First Timer and was treated great by super nice lady who let me try one and then got me some killer chili that was superb also. Other local patrons were super nice too...do not skip this place... Gilmer's finest! Even got me some frozen to gobble up later...it's that

Been eating here off and on for almost 20 years. Great food, and folks. I'm glad they;ve kept it going.

These things were really nasty. This must be a local thing. I bought 4 of them. None of the links casings were full of meat and because of this each casing had a oily, greasy, mushy, mealy, meat consistency. Each casing I bit into was a burst of oil and grease followed by a gross mushy meat mash. Totally disgusting. The women that worked there were extremely friendly and informative. The restaurant inside and out was a proud display that it had been been in business for a long time. But again, it must be a local thing. If you are not from Gilmer then I don't going here. These thing were disgusting.

Best hot links in East Texas! Cool old school vibe. Love getting to stop in for lunch whenever I’m in the area!
