Waitrose Cafe - Gillingham

This is a big load, we have recently visited and with us we had our new puppies. I sat outside with the puppy while my wife came into business. while waiting for a worker to come to me and said that the staff loved the puppy and treated me a free bag of dogs. now that is the customer service best. thanks waitrose gillingham dorset.

Nice food. Shame that when you buy food in the cafe with your my Waitrose card they don't give you a free coffee

New café! A wonderful improvement. While the selection is smaller and there are no hot meals, this allows for more space with new tables and chairs, along with some attractive stands by the windows. The outdoor seating is wheelchair-friendly, and the coffee is excellent. Plus, they offer Wi-Fi!

I had an excellent experience, particularly thanks to Chris, who made sure my meat order was perfect. He efficiently managed everything throughout the day and even took the time to chat with me a few days prior to help ease my concerns. I really appreciated his effort!

This is a fantastic place for shopping! I was in and out quickly because I just wanted to take a closer look at one item, but I’d love to explore more if I have the time.
