The Kings Arms - Gillingham

After having a wonderful meal here a while back, I returned today with two friends to try the special lunch deal of 2 courses for £13. We were delighted with our delicious meals, which included fish cakes and fish and chips. The fish cakes were generously portioned, and the batter was crispy and not oily, enhanced with apple wine. For dessert, we enjoyed a fantastic berry crumble filled with strawberries and a sticky toffee pudding waffle topped with ice cream and sauce. The service was friendly and helpful, making everything just perfect for our return visit. Thank you, Kings Arms!

I made an impulsive decision to try this restaurant, and I’m pleased to say I wasn’t disappointed! The service was exceptional, and the food was truly top-notch. I had the Admiral’s Pie while the woman I was with had the Dare. I highly recommend this place to everyone—just go for it! You won’t be disappointed.

Great dining experience! The atmosphere was very relaxed. While the staff could have been a bit friendlier, they were all quite pleasant and helpful. I'm not entirely sure about the service fee; it's optional, but it was added to the bill anyway, so I didn’t leave a tip.

We just had a great Sunday dinner, everything was fantastic. the food was cooked to perfection, the service was exceptional and the cost were very reasonable. this is a very well managed operation.

Great pub ! food was just delicious. Especially the Sunday roast. The owner is passionate about good food and cooking and has a great sense of service for his clients. We will go back for sure !
