6in buffalo chicken sandwich was ok to eat but the prices are very bad. Most sandwiches at other places are half or 3 quarter what this business requires. This is probably the last time I go here
Completely messed up the order. Waited 28 minutes for two sandwiches to be made and both were absolutely messed up. No toppings, no cheese. I paid $25 for bread with little meat and sauce. You also can't call their store. All you get is some automated bs.Very unhappy
I usually visit this location because of the excellent customer service, but today was a disappointment. When I arrived with my wife for lunch/dinner, the tomatoes looked like they had been sitting out overnight, and some had freezer burn. A few were slimy and dried out. I asked if I could get some fresh tomatoes, but the employee informed me that there weren't any available at 3 PM, even though the store doesn't close until 7 or 8. When I inquired if they had any prepped, I was told no. Instead of making a scene—especially since there was only one worker at the time—I went ahead and prepared my meal without tomatoes. I felt compelled to write this review to share my experience because it reflects a lack of fresh produce when your slogan is “Eat Fresh, Get Fresh.” The service I received today fell short of my expectations and negatively impacts the reputation of your company. It’s disappointing to see an employee not take pride in their work or show concern for customer satisfaction.
I walked to the location to find out they were drive through only and had the doors locked, very disapointed
I placed an online order, and it took at least half an hour to arrive due to delays with DoorDash. Meanwhile, the customers who ordered in-store had to wait despite being there first. The two employees on duty were unprofessional, spending their time complaining about online orders and being rude. My advice to the staff: focus on preparing the food instead of venting your frustrations.
