Had a great meal here. Food was wonderful, our steaks cooked to perfection. However they seem to be going through some changes with wait staff. So PLEASE be patient and kind! All the staff was very helpful to each other and customers! View all feedback.
What Sarah G doesn't like about Silver Creek Steakhouse:
Last time me and my husband went to the seafood buffet on Friday they had over cooked the primerib and the shrimp. The crab was good as well as the salad bar but that was it...I saw other customers refusing to eat the primerib so I hope they work harder to make there food taste better. View all feedback.
Where do I begin? From the moment we got there, it was a train wreck. First, we got seated and were never provided any menus. Their excuse was they just assumed we were getting the expensive seafood buffet like everyone else. Interestingly enough, there were countless people who came in that also found it odd they weren't provided menus and requested them. Clearly, the manager told them to do it in an effort to get everyone to buy their buffet. My daughter's steak was supposed to be medium-well, but was still moo'ing. Service was subpar at best, but the food that was cooked correctly was pretty good. Lastly, the receipt gives you the option to charge it to your room, but when I tried to do it, they looked at me like I was asking them if I could pay in pesos.

Food ok. I ordered the roast beef entree. The beef is just sliced deli meat with gravy and mashed potatoes. The flavor on the meat is yucky, and I paid 21.99 a plate. The salad bar was out of ranch dressing. The salad bar was ok too. Not a repeat
Had all you can eat seafood bar. Food was cold with no flavor. Dessert was like frozen Marie Calanders pies. Prime rib over cooked sand dry. Server was good. Salad bar lettuce was wilted. Strawberries were molded. There was a lot of food, but it seemed to be frozen food reheated. Not worth the $78 for dinner for 2 adults.
Restaurant inside Best Western hotel. Was there on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy at all. Decor could use some modern touches. For some reason young staff was seating everyone right next to each other in one area, but other side of restaurant was not used, making everyone feel a little crowded. Nice touch was they were letting everyone go to the (typical stocked from GFS? salad bar even if your meal included a salad from the kitchen. Prime rib was a little fatty but not over cooked. Service was quick and friendly. Prices seemed to be a little on the high side for standard food service supply items.
