However, during my visit yesterday, my order was messed up—they added beans that I didn't request. We attempted to make our payment in two different ways, but only one method was accepted. We ended up waiting in line for quite a while, and the employees were unkind. When I asked them to remove the beans, they rolled their eyes and threw my food away without any consideration. The overall atmosphere felt very negative, which was disappointing.

The... read more I had a disappointing experience at Qdoba Mexican Eats. My friend and I waited in line for over 10 minutes, only for our orders to be rushed and incorrect. The staff rolled their eyes and made snarky comments when we requested corrections. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this restaurant. I'm regretfully informing you that you've lost a valuable customer.

They were out of a couple of things but it was around after lunchtime so I guess they had a rush at some point and ran out. The dining area and restroom was clean. They have outdoor seating as well but even though it was a nice day out we couldn't go outside because there was smoke (from what, we were not sure). There is ample parking, getting in and out is easy so it's good if you are just stopping on the way somewhere because of the location.

The dining area was not... read more While passing through town, we were searching for a quick and simple lunch. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with this Qdoba location. The dining area was not clean and was cluttered with stacks of boxes and restaurant supplies. It seemed like there was no space to store them elsewhere. The restrooms also left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The service was just average, but the food met Qdoba's usual standards and fulfilled our lunch needs. This location might be a better choice for takeout.
