Qdoba - Gillette

We tried the burrito impossible and the impossible taco at this restaurant. The flavors were good. We had tried the impossible burger before, but found it too meaty and couldn't finish it. The taste and texture just didn't work for us. However, this new version was excellent. It's great that there are vegan options available. The use of soy-heme egg is a concern as it is tested on animals. It's up to the restaurant to decide where they draw the line.
