Kfc - Gillette

Never had much of an issue here while the service is satisfactory the food has been consistent as well. I've only used driver thru though.

Food was good. Customer service needs work. But name a place where that isn't true.

Was told to pull forward. Only ordered 2 large mash potatoes. We waited for about an hour in which the same person kept coming and asking us if we ordered the chicken or something. We kept saying NO, we only ordered 2 large mash potatoes. Finally they got it right but waiting an hour was ridiculous and kept being asked by the same person if we ordered something we didn 't after we told her what we ordered was annoying. They should have just gave it to us for free. On top of this, at the drive thru order speaker they tried to deter us from ordering by saying they were out of chicken and that they couldn 't serve us before we even said what we wanted.

This place is so unorganized the employee that helped us was a jackass he added more meals then what was ordered it was like he could not understand the pictures that are on the register ended up charging my daughter for three meals that she didn't even order. If this dude represents the future of our youth we are in serious trouble. If you can't even understand how to push pictures the future is very dim for America. I wish I could say that he didn't understand English but he did he just couldn't understand pictures I don't think we could dumb down the process anymore

To start with they didn't have any extra crispy chicken,the fries were cold,and 4 of the 6 ppl that ate there were sick w/ what appeared to be food poisoning... won't eat at this KFC ever again..
