After I got home, which is quite a distance... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order and gave me old, cold chicken tenders. After I got home, which is quite a distance away, I called to address the issue. Unfortunately, their customer service was unhelpful and rude, and all they offered was to send replacements. Not a great experience overall.

I believe they are some of the best available. Fast forward to this past Friday when I ordered one, and I was shocked to find that the price had increased by 37 cents in just a week. That's absurd! If KFC thinks this is a way to provide value to their loyal customers and expects us to keep returning, they may learn the hard way. I refuse to be taken advantage of. Thank you, KFC, and Brandon!

It seemed like he couldn't comp... read more I found this restaurant to be quite disorganized. The employee who assisted us was unhelpful and added extra meals to our order. It seemed like he couldn't comprehend the pictures displayed at the register, which resulted in my daughter being charged for three meals that she hadn’t ordered. If this individual is indicative of the future of our youth, we have some serious concerns. It’s alarming that someone could struggle with basic tasks like recognizing images. While I’d like to blame the language barrier, he understood English perfectly; it was just the visual cues that seemed to confuse him. I honestly don’t know how we could simplify the ordering process any further.
