The staff are incredibly friendly. They may be quite young and relatively new to their roles, but they definitely demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong willingness to go the extra mile.

We often dine at this restaurant and usually have no complaints. The food is consistently hot and the service meets our expectations, but tonight was a different experience. The young man at the window was extremely rude and dismissive. When we received our order, it was haphazardly tossed into the bag. Our fries and mozzarella sticks were at the bottom without any containers, and the sandwich that should have been boxed arrived sideways and completely unwrapped. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.
The evening staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. When a mistake happened, they didn't make me feel like a thief, which is unfortunately common in many places here in Gillette. Thank you for your kindness!
