The food is consistently hot and the service meets our expectations, but tonight was a different experience. The young man at the window was extremely rude and dismissive. When we received our order, it was haphazardly tossed into the bag. Our fries and mozzarella sticks were at the bottom without any containers, and the sandwich that should have been boxed arrived sideways and completely unwrapped. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.
