Applebee's Grill - Gillette

This is my go to place for me and my best friendKid-friendliness: They are children friendly

The food wasn't very good missing the bread and ordered cinnamon bons rolls and had to throw them away they were hard as rock, how could they let quality of food like that door, then when I called them to let them know the manager was rude!

Stormi was an amazing bartender she made my drink to perfection and made sure we had each of our orders in right away.

Went in and was greeted right away. Got drinks and hot food. Stormy was very nice and accommodating and didn't make us wait for anything. All in all a great experience and I will be back.

So, this Applebee's has never been know for being great, but the last couple times I've gone it was pretty good. I think that's because I had been going when it wasn't as busy. This time, I went on a Friday night with my folks. My burger was fine, but my parents both got meals with mashed potatoes that were cold. Not like it waited in the window too long and got cold, but more like it was never heated up to begin with. The poor waitress was so overwhelmed with all the people that my mother's beer and my margherita sat on the bar for about 20 minutes before we brought up how long we had waited and she went and grabbed them. She was very apologetic about everything and did her best to fix everything and make our dinner nice. This trip wasn't the best, but I know they've been good in the past and don't think this is indicative of an everyday experience.
