The line was really long and I thought I would never fix my coffee. To my joy and surprise the line moved steadily (which is faster than most dunkins). My coffee was. The reason for the 4 stars is that the women who take my job sound like they didn't want to be there. After a long wait for something I like to feel like the company appreciates my time. What Abby K doesn't like about Dunkin':
I have been waiting by the window for food for about 20 minutes now. I can see my order sitting inside, but the workers are just walking around and not giving it to me. It is really frustrating. If you say you open at 4:30, then you should open at 4:30, not stall until 5:00. View all feedback.
Slow service. Quality of Dunkin's in general have gone downhill recently.
Gilford dd employees are friendly curious and make the best coffee!
The coffee was supposed to be caramel and was made pumpkin. Then found a bug in it. Went back and the coffee was made pumpkin again. Needless to say I’ve never had an issue with this dunks before!
This was my first time in this place and I lived it. It is small and cozy and I was immediately greeted by a very outgoing man with a huge smile and a great disposition. It took a few minutes to decide, but he was very patient. It took less than 5 minutes from the time I went through the door, and I had my order and was comfortable sitting to enjoy my selection and read the paper.
By far the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. line was long and moving slowly, and they messed up everything about my order, which is impressive considering I only got an iced coffee and a plain bagel. do not go here under any circumstance.
