Was Anonym at Panera Bread a mag?
It was the first time we tried the new pizza and it was just okay. Was not overcooked but just a little bland, probably could have used a little bit more tomato sauce under the cheese. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Panera Bread:
New to the area. Decided to stop here after years of not having been to a Panera. Ordered their new spicy sandwich they have plastered all over the walls. Sandwich came with next to no sauce (looked like a Mac Donald’s jr burger sauce amount lol), and their pickle “chips” are more like chip crumbs. Super disappointed as they charged 11.30 for their new sandwich and it was a let down. Only 2 stars because the front gi... View all feedback.

Originally wanted to go to the location on Germann which I wish I had. Even before we had taken an order, one of the self checkout tablets they use to order was broken so it didn't start off very good. After sitting down for about 5 minutes when one of my friends when to go get their food they were confronted by a manager saying that his friends sitting down had drinks and that our receipts don't show drinks.(adding up the food and drinks on the app matched with the receipt that comes with your order but no drinks were shown on the receipt) She then followed him down to our table to confront us saying that we had not ordered drinks which at first we were all stunned but after defending ourselves she had backed off and stayed far away from us. I hope Norma finds this as a training exercise and uses this to better her customer service.

We've been eating in panera for many years, but it's been a long time ago, so my granddaughter chose it for lunch. this time I ordered a little Fuji apple chicken salad. it came with a lot of salat, two very small, thin rings of red wobble, a cut cherry tomatin, two freeze-dried apple slices and no wow! for my enkelin I ordered a small (and it was very small) Mac cheese, small and biscuits. Almost every time we eat there, forget about something stuck in the salad or get them so wrong. it only felt expensive for what we have. there was no service. I ordered at the theke and expected that they would bring the food on the table as they always had it in the past, but this time I had to get it myself. I would choose many other restaurants over panera. parking: sometimes it is difficult to find a parking space. there was only one place when we drove in. disabled parking is available and a wheelchair is easily accessible.

Nobody likes to be treated differently if you spend your money somewhere. I always hope it's not useful, but still not returning because I didn't feel welcome. I was not greeted, others were. they walked around and distributed rehearsals, went right past me and greeted someone I wasn't even there. they cannot offer and treat all other customers and not another directly in their face.

The service at this restaurant was excellent - quick, efficient, and even faster than promised. However, the food was not up to par. Many pieces of the salad were brown and the dishes were overly salty.

This is the first time I've seen a Panera Bread with a drive-thru, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. However, I had to circle back and go inside after driving past, because the woman at the drive-thru forgot to give me the lemonade I had ordered. This mistake cost them a star in my review.
