Sushi Ramen Go - Feedback

Was User at Sushi Ramen Go a mag?
Overall, we had a good experience at this restaurant, but I was not particularly impressed. As big fans of ramen, we found the ramen here to be good, but not outstanding. The quality of the ingredients, such as the Chashu Pork, was impressive, but the broth was a bit saltier than what I am used to in tonkotsu ramen. The service here is minimal, as you order at the front cafe-style and bring your own food to the table... View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Sushi Ramen Go:
that is not a Japanese restaurant, it is an American restaurant serving Japanese almost food. I was in hundreds of Japanese restaurants in japan and other countries, and they all serve them their miso suppe first, and without spoon, they sip the suppe from the bowl. and it is the first thing you serve, not the last. The restaurant experience wasn't great, mostly suited for takeout. The sushi was mediocre.
This restaurant is the perfect spot for delicious ramen and sushi. I always order the tonkotsu ramen and it never disappoints - it's amazing!
The sushi tots were good. However, the seafood ramen was terrible as the seafood was overcooked. The miso ramen was bland and had a strange taste. The atmosphere was too bright.
This place is supposed to be fantastic for grabbing a bite after picking up the kids from school, but I can't believe the audacity of that older lady who works there. Her attitude is completely out of line! She constantly gets frustrated and raises her voice. Why on earth would anyone want to spend their hard-earned money at a place where instead of receiving excellent service, all you get is a terrible attitude? It's infuriating!
The lady in the front with the attitude toward customer she’s a nightmare I wouldn’t go there. I don’t recommend anybody go there until she’s gone. The food is OK she’s the one that we are not gonna go there anymore.
Nestled in the Valley, this American eatery offers an intriguing twist on Japanese flavors. While some dishes like sushi rolls received high praise for their freshness and creativity, the ramen proved divisive. Many patrons found the broth overly salty and the seafood overcooked, contrasting sharply with expectations for authentic Japanese ramen. Service experiences varied, with some guests reporting a lack of friendliness, while others appreciated the quick and efficient staff. Overall, the restaurant presents a mixed bag, with potential for greatness awaiting those willing to explore its sushi offerings, despite some challenges in their ramen preparations.

The service here is minimal, as you order at the front cafe-style and bring your own food to the table. The cashier was a young teenager who seemed a bit inexperienced, but not rude. The restaurant was quite crowded and everyone around us seemed to be ordering sushi, which we regret not trying. We plan on returning to try the sushi and see if it elevates our experience to a 5-star level. For now, I would say that the food was good, but not exceptional.

I didn't even have the chance to arrange a picture of the gyoza before it was almost inhaled. the sushi was great, I had the spicy yellow **** and red drachenrolle. red dragon is ingenious, it has a crispy center of garnel, with crab, wrapped in rice, grilled aal, rich in umami. beautiful in a sweet, thick teriyaki. the spicy yellowtail had this refreshing, cooling fresh, which they need after a hot day in the valley. the heat was right, better made with the washabi.
The service at this restaurant is fast and friendly. The food is delicious, especially the variety of sushi rolls we tried. My favorite was the California spicy crunch roll.
Not very impressed. The vegetarian ramen had a very weird flavor. Spicesy miso was ok. Sashimi salmon was small portion for the price and a different flavor than most that I didn't like
