This was our first time in this particular location. We have been to numerous other Papa Murphys and they are uniformly comparably good. In this case the exterior electric signs did not work which made it almost impossible to find. The employee there seemed oblivious to this issue and when told did not think it was a problem. The lady (Taylor) I spoke to was super short with me and told me I was unable to get the New york style crust with the pizza I wanted. But I have been able to do the same thing at multiple locations.
