We are locals and have visited MANY Menchi locations. Typically they are great places to visit but this one has continued to decline in the past year. The store is always a mess and they always have the same flavors (never anything new). The past two times they have been out of a lot of flavors and some of them aren't even marked they are out. Me and my boyfriend went there quite late at night and the guy working there was very nice and accommodating. He was very generous too. The frozen yogurt was very good and there was a nice selection of toppings too. I will definitely be going back.
