Brimstone Pnw Smokehouse - Gig Harbor

I tried this place with my wife because he's down the street from where we stay. The atmosphere was very welcoming and also the staff. The menu was not overwhelming and we ordered a few items. Your loaded Mac and cheese with several different smoked meat is amazing! Warning is very fillable, but it is worth it. Her pulled pig was just as big and paired large with the grain bread we ordered. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with the food we ate. It's one of our will back to Gig Harbor.

Amazing food and even better customer service. This is a wonderful bbq spot. Kid friendly!! This will be a regular spot, no doubt.

Hands down the best BBQ in the area. The Texas style BBQ along with the sassy sauce especially are their crown jewels. Just don't visit on Sunday evenings; they're typically out of food by then. Has happened to us 3 times.

We went to Brimstone for drinks and bites. The nachos are incredible! My Galveston tea was so good at the bartender. Splurged on Dessert also a donut with vanilla ice cream. Very recommended!

Cosy atmosphere, Brisket was moist and smokey. Slav was beautiful and vinegary, beans had an interesting unique taste. Not sure what I think about her yet. Amazing BBQ sauces. Sassy was simply spicy enough, Sissy was exactly what my wife liked, and red eyes hot sauce was quite sharp, and gold sauce was a nice must. Spying NW Greens were really good. A little too sharp for my wife. We have to come back for her ice cream...
