Adieu mon amour, Ayu... Parting is so sweetfish sorrow... Yikes, my wallet feels 3,000 yen lighter. Izumiya, renown for its unique take on the local naughty river fish, the ayu/sweetfish, shows how versatile this ingredient can be as ramen topping, a godfather, a mousse and more. Needless to say such craft not cheap as a few bites lunch you can easily return 2,000 yen... but oh, the quality and care is worth all mone... View all feedback.
