Amazing beers; meads, ciders, ales, saison, stouts, porters, IPA's. Food (not run by them) is awful. The used to have Italian and now it's dive bar food. Meat on nachos was so super salty and looked made by my kiddo. Location not great either. View all feedback.
What Cheryl S doesn't like about Alafia Brewing:
Showed up here on a Sunday with a group of 5. They do not have a kitchen. We were handed a Sunday Brunch menu for $16.99. Waitress said they have a food truck that shows up later in the day. Craft beers only. A few locals sitting at the bar. Maybe they 'll get better with time. View all feedback.

What a great find! We were in the area doing some brewery hopping and were told about this place being opened recently and we are so glad that we came here. I must say, the brewery is located in a plaza that has seen better days... but once inside you quickly forget about that. We sat at the bar and Mary, one of the owners was working and was the one to serve us. Talk about a people person. Perfect personality for the hospitality industry. She talked about the brewery itself from the opening process with COVID to how she creates the different beers to the kitchen who has to Danny from none other than Danny's All American heading up the food. If you don't know about Danny's All American then you need to make that place one of your next stops, they are great and have had a visit from the Food Network on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Mary has a great way of listening to her customers and taking their wants or favorite flavors and creating a version for Alafia. Talk about great customer service. As an example, she had been told that one of her customers was frustrated that they couldn't get a Chia Tea cider they loved from another brewery so she decided to make for herself. That was listed on the menu however it was such a success that they sold out already. Good for them!!! If they were located closer to me, I think we would be in trouble with this one for sure. The inside is open and long, kinda like a warehouse meets the beach feeling. The bar area is a lot of wood that is covered in dollar bills and the walls have pieces art available for purchase by different local artists.
First time here! Enjoyed the Sunday brunch drag show!!!! Need them more often. Loved the selection of brews.
This place is a great new hidden gem in an unlikely spot, that actually works perfectly for them. The ownership/staff is super friendly. The vibe is so cool with all the different performers and events they have, plus they showcase art from local artists that is for sale. Oh yeah, and it is a brewery by the way lol- I tried quite a few of their creations and they were ALL really tasty and enjoyable, from seltzers to sours. The hummus and pita bread was the best I've ever tried. I hear their other menu offerings are really good too. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a laid back, friendly and definitely diverse and interesting atmosphere. 10/10 recommend
Great selection in craft brews! I love stouts and it's hard to find places that have a larger selection in stouts and porters so I appreciate the variety. Awesome food too! For sure visiting again.
