What coastalkirin doesn't like about Smitty's Oyster House:
Oysters are prepared at a separate bar outside the main kitchen and staff we kind about shucking mindfully of potential CC. The kitchen itself is small and not gluten-free friendly. GF menu items are not marked. However, winelist, cider and atmosphere is awesome. As a celiac, go enjoy a drink and some oysters but don't stick around for the food. View all feedback.

I think when you come to this place you need to be in the right frame of mind.
I don't know how this place can have so few stars! It's a cool little place below Molly's Reach in the best location with probably the coolest view.

These are the best raw oysters I have ever had, and the sauces to accompany them are amazing. The Caesar salads with fresh grated horseradish are also a standout. Delicious!
