Stopped in for cappuccino, and ended up ordering a very attractive pastry. I was happily surprised at the great coffee as it was very hot and made with quality espresso. The pastry was one of the best I have ever had - a great combo of freshness and crispness, and had yummy ingredients!Only recommendation would be if they could serve their coffee in mugs.Will totally made another stop here! What User doesn't like about More Cafe & Bakeshop:
This is a bake shop and coffee bar. Nothing else. However they try to represent as bakers. My experience was terrible. I inquired about having a wedding cake made. I did not place an order, simply told the person on the phone what we wanted. I was told he would call back in a couple of days. No phone call. Today I went into More Bakery and picked up some delicious baked goods, to go . My choices were , double baked chocolate croissants, almond croissants, and blueberry/custard danishes. The croissants are my standard go to … but trying the blueberry danish ??? It was ridiculously good . A nice amount of perfect custard, loaded with fresh blueberries … I’ve been to all the little coffee shops and bakeries on the Coast … honestly, More Bakery is exceptional! A step above …I am always so impressed on what a fantastic job Andrew does with his baking : My company agreed, it was the best they had as well . As always, I highly recommend this Bakery
We were so happy to find this gem in our travels. We had breakfast there both mornings, as the food was so delicious! The owners are friendly and welcoming.
Wouldn’t be a trip to the morning ferry without a stop here for lattes and a bakery treat. The double baked chocolate croissant is unforgettable. Lattes always hot and not bitter. Server in a great mood for first thing in the morning too. Worth leaving five minutes earlier for the ferry just to drop in.
More Bakery is , hands down ... the BEST in town !! I don’t go often... but when I do , I am just so impressed with their baking ! Coffee is fantastic, as well . It’s always a pleasure to walk in and to be greeted, so warmly, by Andrew Leslie . Looking forward to our next visit
This place is refreshing not only great coffee but to die for baked goods that are consistently delicious and interesting selection. Sandwiches are yummy, soup was good. Service is lovely. Go here!
