Food was low quality, overpriced, uncreative, fake candles, toilet was always closed im sure there are way better options in naxos

Spotted this restaurant off the beaten track right at the end of the seafront in Giardini Naxos when we were driving to Taormina one day. We decided to return and try it one night as it looked interesting, we werent disappointed. It is a family-run restaurant, run by a husband and wife. They did not speak a lot of english but they were extremely friendly and the food was fantastic. We had tried other restaurants along the seafront, they were all very busy but their food was average, so we were delighted to find this hidden gem that served great food. Everything we ordered was delicious, it was so good that we went back again the next day for lunch. Unfortunately this was our last day in the town before we moved on otherwise we would have eaten there every day. They had tables across the street from the restaurant and this is where we sat, overlooking the sea and the boats, very nice setting. We travelled all around sicily and this was by far the best restaurant and best food that we found. Enrica and Enzo were lovely people and we loved their hospitality and food. it was what we imagined when we pictured a sicilian restaurant in our heads. Highly recommended.
We stopped and asked for whatever they were eating and we shared a 3 course meal which included fresh fish, veggies and of course a side of pasta and dessert. The wine was home made! Very good and easily a place to remember.
