But th... read more I had sushi at the restaurant beside and since it was raining, I ordered the coffee from this shop as they were from the same owner. The coffee was okay. But the staff from the coffee shop had a blunt face. I went to pay the bill for the sushi and the staffs at the restaurant told me the staff from the coffee shop will come with the other bill. So I went to the washroom while I was waiting for her to come. When I came out from the washroom, I was wondering why she's still not here. End up she was outside there standing and she didn't even bother to come in for the bill payment. So that was fine.. I just walked out of the restaurant to pay the coffee bill. I didn't really liked her attitude through out.. She didn't seem friendly or with good customer service at all When I got home.. I just realized that with the receipt from either of their shop, there's 10% off. No one mentioned about this and the staff from the coffee shop didn't give the discount as well. If this is the case, I don't know if it's the staff from the coffee shop's problem or basically, all the staffs weren't trained well to tell the customer this. Not that I care about that 10% off.. But if this is printed on the receipt, then the staffs should inform the customer that there's this offer.. Whether or not the customer would really ask for the discount.
