At FIGO – Open Kitchen in Ubud, the scent of wood-fired dough and simmering sauces welcomes you like an old friend. The ambiance is effortlessly chic—lush greenery, warm lighting, and the hum of lively conversation. This is more than a meal; it’s a sensory escape. The pizza? A revelation. Perfectly blistered crust, rich, melty cheese, and toppings that balance indulgence with finesse. The ricotta dollops add a creamy contrast to earthy mushrooms and briny olives. The starters set the stage—a tender octopus bathed in a tangy tomato reduction, marinated eggplant bursting with umami, and briny olives that cleanse the palate. Each bite tells a story of tradition and craft. Service is seamless, with a staff that feels genuinely invested in your experience. FIGO isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a love letter to Italian cuisine, written with passion and plated with precision. Five stars, without hesitation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Excellent meal here and the prices are extremely cheap compared to 90% of the other restaurants in the area. Felt like an upmarket dining experience at this price too. Food and service was great. No complaints and highly recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rp 250,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Surprised this place isn’t more popular I had one of the best pizzas of my life here the vegetarian pizza but I made it vegan. The base was super crispy and light (not floppy) which is my preference, the tomato sauce was amazingly fresh and bright, the toppings were delicious. I would highly recommend it you’re craving some western food in Ubud. Price per person: Rp 75,000–100,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
