The Eggplant Curry in black pepper (locally known as Baingan ka bharta and Barfa by the natives) is so nice that you can even travel a 100km off-road to this restaurant just to enjoy a simple dish. The basic salad is served as a condiment based on tomato, onion and green chili is outstanding because it comes from local produce. The salad is so fresh and juicy that you'll feel like it's been served in your place moments after being harvested because every small bite from the salad will yield a mouth full of fresh juice. The simplicity with an unexpected taste of freshness can be experienced here. Out of words.
