The staff was court... read more Went there after a long time, typically a place like this gets to go down in food quality but I must say they maintained there food quality. The staff was courteous and while we had an issue with non availability of the Beer we wanted...even though it was listed on the card, the manager obliged us by extending the happy hours (1+1) by an additional 2 hours. The place needs to be more brightly lit and could do with a good paint job. One of the few places in Ghaziabad where you can get a drink and also get some good food. Would I return to this place, yes indeed, but hopefully they redo this place.

We even tried calling to place an order, but no one seemed interested and the restaurant didn't appear to be full. We ended up leaving without eating. Payment was made through cinch.

When I had been to Cinch..it was a sunday night and it was too much crowded and the music way too much loud.. not suitable for families with kids since this res... read more When I had been to Cinch..it was a sunday night and it was too much crowded and the music way too much loud.. not suitable for families with kids since this restaurant serves alcohol and its crowded during the happy hours and weekends and there...are no proper no smoking areas ..so there remains smoke all over teh place from the cigarettes and hukkas ..The music should be subtle and not like a pub..

Chef and service staff were busy talking to each other rather than concentrate on the guest. Steward Forget to serve water, there were no tissue. Seats were very dirty. We had to wait for waiter to take the order for good 15-20minutes...and than food was not served on time. There were other guests also in the restaurant who all were waiting for steward but staff did not care. Cinch was one of the best restaurant in Ghaziabad but because of the services the level is gone down. Higher management needs to look into on urgent basis.

Now let's talk about the souls of every eating that has been there since I was with my family, I have the opportunity to order various foods. garden fresh green salad, murg dum biryani (in handi gulkand eis had really fingering taste and I would also like to mention that most of the pumpkin served in this restaurant has quite innovative presentation that is really n x' factor and eye-catchy. the aroma of the food seved, it is kind of serving and especially the taste,' everything was simply amazing here visited such an amazing place after a long time. team. kudos and keep them the good work!
