Naming yourself Authentic Biryani is a bold move, especially when you only have 2 items on the menu. The branding and delivery are top-notch, but the biryani itself was decent tasting yet very dry. It would be beneficial to adjust the recipe to keep it moist, especially since biryani is the main focus.
