What Paul Bowman doesn't like about Water Street Brewing Co.:
Apparently, the hours are not as posted. Drove 3 hours to visit Binghamton and this was to be one of the stops. Place is closed 2.5 hours after posted opening. Also took 20 minutes to find a parking with the beautiful pile of rubble that has the street outside closed. Will not be wasting my time on a place like this again. View all feedback.

Hands down one of the best burgers!! If this was my last meal I would die happy!!
We checked into this local brewery on a day date and it exceeded all of our expectations. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and warm hospitality. The ambiance has a warm, welcoming, cozy vibe. The beers cider were amazing and the food was out of this world. The staff were personable and we had great conversation with them and other patrons. I cannot recommend this place more, definitely swing by if you’re in the area !!
Stopped in for a quick dinner on the way home to break up a long drive. Amazing people, great food and terrific beer! Liked it so much I grabbed a 4 pack to take home. Highly recommend you check them out! (The Italian Beef sandwich was fantastic! .
