What Chris Posa doesn't like about Tim Hortons In Birm:
I had a problem where my online order was not able to be fulfilled at the restaurant, and now both the app support and the restaurant are saying they cannot give me a refund. I went to talk to a manager and asked for a number to call back, but they gave me a non-working phone number. This franchise is either dishonest or poorly managed, so I recommend avoiding it at all costs. View all feedback.
