What Cate Honse Le doesn't like about Taco Bell In Bell:
Avoid this one! The guy working the drive-thru was talking a mile-a-minute and kept interrupting me when I was ordering (asking if I wanted random alterations). Therefore, my order got screwed up (I could see on the screen preview that he'd entered four items instead of three). When the issue was caught and I received my three items, I was still CHARGED for four and was NOT given a receipt so I couldn't prove what ha... View all feedback.

Frequently messes up orders. Asked for two additions to a burrito recently, was charged $4 for them, but neither was actually added to the burrito.
It's about as good as taco belle gets. They are starting to price themselves out of their quality.
I don't know why this location can never get their stuff together. They constantly mess up orders. Throw food in bag half hazzardly. They always look dead inside and can tell they don't give a hoot about anything. There customer service is the absolute worse. It's the closest location to our home but we haven't been in months because every time the experience is the same but broke down today because my kid begged me... Broken screen. Out of food. Not listening to what's being ordered. Adding items, low fills on drinks and nacho sauce opened and covered everything. I swear they just throw the chips into the bag and put the little bags they are suppose to go in, just into the bag. Haha Not a single chip was in the small bags they are suppose to. This location often puts beef in items I ask for beans since I do not eat it. Which I don't find put its beef until I'm home and bite into the burrito. It's beyond stressful and messed up
I've been a customer here 3-4 times a week for the last 20 years but they lost me with the incessant up selling (it's freaking annoying) and quality and quantity has gone way down hill. My 20 employees and I use to get Taco Bell after work every day now we dont go at all. Do you want to double your meat? No. Sounds like you're not giving me enough to begin with. Regular or spicy? 60 cents for 2-3 jalapenos? Never. Do you want to add sour cream to this? No. What about this? No. What about this item? No! If I want something extra I'll ask. You're losing customers by annoying them. Stop.
