Stopped in for a donut and a coffee. Their coffee was really good, and the donut I purchased was okay. It's not as fresh as I would have liked, though. I guess the time of day you purchase a pastry here is key to getting a really fresh and tasty product. I'm not sure, really. I got it to go, so I didn't notice my stale donut until I was back on the road. I'll probably only visit this place earlier in the day to ensur... View all feedback.
What Chris Pluto doesn't like about Dunkin':
Asked for 6 chocolate crème filled. Paid. They only had 4. Lady was rude. Then upcharged me for 2 other doughnuts when they out of what i originally ordered. As if I can make them myself. Shouldn’t upcharge for an item you are out of. They need to have a happier smiling person working the front instead of this grumpy old lady. 12/12/23 10:22am Effingham, IL View all feedback.

I got it to go, so I didn't notice my stale donut until I was back on the road. I'll probably only visit this place earlier in the day to ensure a better quality and fresher pastry. Next time I visit, I'll post a new and updated review. I usually give a business more than one chance to get it right. The service was good, though. They were professional and courteous. I'll be going back soon to give this Dunkin' Donuts another try to see if it was an issue of time of day.

Great customer service. Molly is awesome and have great people skills. I will recommend this location.
Guess line is about 15 people only 1 lady serving the lobbyThe rest of the staff I’m talking about 5 other people taking care of the drive thruPlease take care of the people that’s doesn’t use the drive thru……………..
The young man working the inside counter was friendly and efficient. My drink was perfect. He even apologized for the people behind me that took 5 min to decide on a half dozen donuts. (Please be ready to order and know what you want before approaching the register! He was the only person I saw actually working. So he had to take orders and make them. The other gal working the drive thru (there were no drive thru customers while I was there looked to be having a rough day.Maybe a touch understaffed, and the no rewards is not uncommon for coffee shops that are owned by truck stops. Don't blame the staff, they're just trying to do their jobs and have no control over those things.
