After being an employee at one of the busiest Arby's locations in Wichita, coming here to get my favorites has been disappointing. The staff I have interacted with have been wonderful, but the quality of the food itself has been lackluster. I know every location is run differently, but there should be no excuses when it comes to the food. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to run the fry station or put a sandwich together. And it shouldn't take ten minutes for four classic roast beef sandwiches unless you're switching out your meats for the slicer. I'm definitely not in Kansas anymore!
Good service. Decent and reasonable wait times
