I bought a water for $2.83 with tax. I went to the bathroom and the man behind the counter told my friend that I hadn’t paid for my drink. So she paid for it. When I found out, I went back in and made him issue me a refund. He didn’t have pennies so he only refunded me $2.75. Bob stop trying to cheat and lie to customers just to feed your pathetic life. Closed bathroom due to “covid or lazy staff!” I swear the whole country is getting as bad as California.
They didn't want me to bring in my backpack, which is my purse. So I turned around and walked out.
As one of the Wonders of Springfield, I cannot rate the Kum and Go across from another Kum and Go anything less than five stars.
The obese lady behind the counter treated me like I was trash because I was a dollar seventy-five short on the transaction. I needed fuel so instead of even attempting to help not that I wanted the money I just wanted to take a dollar 76 off the transaction she made me wait till I was late for work one of the worst places I've ever been
Staff has always been friendly. Good donut selection. But the filters on the pumps need to be changed. It takes forever to pump a tank of gas.
