El Paso Mexican - gfield

El Paso is a decent restaurant with so much potential. The chips and salsa are pretty tasty and the dishes are average or slightly above average. The service has been great but the interior and exterior can definitely use a refresh. If you sit inside it can seem very dark and somewhat depressing. Overall, not a bad place if you don’t mind average food.

Great customer service and food.I placed an online order with specifications, which were followed exactly, but the meal description did not specify that a certain ingredient would be in there. I went back in prepared to repay for my order because I didn’t have it in me to hassle anyone. They not only remade my food for free, but did it quickly with no complaints. Everyone was nice and my food was great.Will definitely be returning again.

Really good food. Awesome margaritas , you have to try the bulldog.

Apologies for delay in this review because I was upset and very disappointed. I really thought this place would be amazing the second time around s I raved about it to my parents. When arriving at El Paso Mexican restaurant the hostess was nice and seated us. The entire experience went left when we met our waitress Gabriela R. She was not welcoming and was very rude from when we placed our order for beverages and our meal. She did not ask us if we wanted refills for our beverages or if we needed napkins to go with our meal. Gabriela R definitely needs customer service experience because she was not pleasant. It was a very bad experience. In addition my father ordered the lunch chicken fajitas. It did not come out on a sizzling plate which was very misleading. I thought all fajitas should come out on a sizzling skillet. Please look for other restaurants nearby I would not recommend this place and have had better Mexican food. Do better!

The food is very good, the bad thing about this place is the waitresses who serve you very poorly and are in a bad mood. They have that problem with the waitresses all the time.
