Stop to put in $10 worth of gas at Casey’s. The only way that I could pay was through quarters go in to pay and they refuse to take my money.. Proceeded to call the corporate. Their solution was to simply give them a stern talking to never again. Will I shop at Casey’s

Casey 's on S. Scenic in Springfield Missouri is the worst Casey 's I have ever been to. 99% of the time their slushy machine is off. They don 't have ice or carbonation for their soda. Came in the other night and both employees were outside talking with some people. When I was at the counter the girl opened the door and said, if all you have is that soda then you 're good . I was not good. They were out of cups lids, the trash was overflowing, there were customers in the store, but Both employees were outside chatting with friends, and evedently too busy to be bothered, by doing work. in the Daytime it is NOT LIKE THIS!

There are 2 associates here that are friendly. The manager makes you feel like you know nothing. She has been rude to me every time I have been there and for a manager she needs to be more professional. The slices of pizza I have gotten have been in the warmer too long and no one making fresh. Unless you come to this store and accommodate them instead of vice versa you will have a mediocre experience.

Literally am a customer for many years....we finally had a person that cared,and was amazing at her job, I watched as she was fired tonight.....I literally was and am ready to shop elsewhere now. This girl went above and beyond to not only be kind and ask about my family but knew when something was off with Mr. She was the best in customer service this company has had in years.the management is horrible at this location but she was a breathe of fresh air. My pizzas were always on time in the last few months. I'm concerned now that things are cold and off the man who helped me was rude and his hair was all over his face. This store has never been the cleanest but the few employees that were friendly are now gone..sad
