Fresh fennel,... read more The most interesting restaurant in Pays de Gex. Food is innovative and well prepared. I went for the two dishes with dessert, chosen by the cook. Fresh fennel, feta and orange salad, followed by sweet bread with Girolles, which I probably did not order, but they were delicious. Then choc mousse with Cèpes ice and Meringue sounds strange, but worked. The others had the fried egg and the risotto, which was very good. Then the beef in Filo, which was excellent and the beef in Pesto also very good. Will go again as it makes a change from the same food you get in other places.
