Tim Hortons - Getzville

The only thing saving this review from being one star is the fact that it is Tim Hortons and they have a great product. For years I have had to bear with this location, remaining hopeful that one day a switch would flip and they would get their act together, but that has not happened. Before the pandemic hit, they had no problem getting people to work there and still, they did a very poor job of preparing items such as breakfast sandwiches and toasted bagels and muffins. Once the pandemic hit, not only were they bad, they have remained understaffed as well. I really hope that the organization will someday fix this train wreck of a location, but until then, as it is the only one close to my route to work, I will have to bear poor service and poorly prepared items which should be a no-brainer to prepare.

The employee was not wearing a mask and said she wasn’t allowed to throw out my last cup of coffee rather rudely… I’ve gone to multiple Tim’s locations and they have never given me this problem. I understand if it is their policy and I personally do not believe in masks… but if this girl was not wearing a mask and not obeying the mask mandate what made her obey the not throwing out the old cup of coffee rule?

Very inconsistent. Sometimes okay and sometimes it's like today where I ordered a medium Coffee mocha and breakfast wrap and get a small black coffee and a wrap with no bacon, which I asked for. Some people want some consistency in their life when they start their day.

Went through the drive through. FIVE times I repeated my order, TWO SM. DARK ROAST COFFEE BLACK! (that was it she repeated the order...everything, but. Then I approached the window and she still had my order wrong.

Coffee was made right, but took a very long time to get. We went inside. Definitely had tons of staff so idk why it took so long.
