Food was ordinary and expensive (but lovely chips). Well worth a stop off from the great Bilbao Metroline

One of the things that I consider most important in a business is the service and for the first time that I visit this place it will be the first and the last.... read more One of the things that I consider most important in a business is the service and for the first time that I visit this place it will be the first and the last. They placed us at a high table (uncomfortable to eat) and we asked twice if it was possible to move to one of the tables that were vacant, obtaining a negative response. During the time we were eating, the tables were always free, with reservations after ours. In conclusion ... they did not feel like doing us a favor that did not cause them a problem and we ate uncomfortable with bad service.
