Was Robert Duffy at Tacos Monarca a mag?
The food was excellent, the service was warm and inviting, and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered the quesabirria and guacamole with chips, and both were delicious. I will definitely come back during my next trip to Gettysburg. Parking at the garage on Racehorse Alley is just $1 per hour. View all feedback.

What VIPER634 dislikes about Tacos Monarca:
The place was clean, no place to park unless you do it on the street and pay. Green sauce wasn’t made out of tomatillo and the red sauce they call it hot was to watery and without flavor meaning it was hot but no flavor to onion or garlic or the pepper. I order and horchata water was told it was made from scratch and is not it taste like a syrup water or maybe done with that powder premade, I feel is very expensive f... View all feedback.

I ordered delivery and was very satisfied with the entire experience: it was quick, straightforward, and the ordering process was effortless. My order included the Tacos QB (Quesabirria) with beef, Volcanes (also beef), Pico de Gallo, and some delicious Mangonadas. Upon arrival, the food was hot, and the aroma of the grilled beef was a delightful sensory experience that perfectly complemented the tacos. The Mangonada made for an excellent dessert to finish off the meal. Thank you!

It's a cozy, locally-owned Mexican restaurant. I'm accustomed to the Mexican stands in San Diego, and this place, along with a few others tucked away in the back of Mexican grocery stores, is the closest I've found here. The staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend the Volcanes and Birria Tacos—both feature delicious shredded beef.
