I received a... read more I was traveling for business and had only about an hour to grab something to eat. This was on my route, so I stopped in and ordered a tilapia dish. I received a frozen tilapia fillet...not undercooked but FROZEN...on my plate. I ate rice and zucchini for my dinner that day, and they still required me to pay for the inedible fish dish.
