I've never been to a Cider taproot before and this place has a very interesting assortment of cider. Nothing was bad and they have beer and cocktails of you don't like cider. We didn't eat from their food menu but their small selection looks really good.

We were really excited to try this cider house and it did not disappoint. We love cider and the variety was great,! We had exceptional service and were directed to some really great local experiences. Not sure why this place doesn't have a higher review rating.

Limited food selection but the empanadas/hand pies were delicious and veggie options were nice. Ciders are more like beers and sours as opposed to the sparkling sweet type. Many varieties available for tasting flights. Excellent gift section in the back. Kind service and wonderful live jazz. Great view of the square too. Clientele are largely on the arty sophisticated side. Records up front. Nice low-key atmosphere. Don't leave without a bottle of their Cherry Vermouth. It's incredible!

Good place to get into some local culture and try something new. If you’ve only ever considered yourself a beer or wine person, it’s a great opportunity to have fun with some new flavors. Anyone who thinks hard cider is just the sickeningly sweet stuff sold in six packs is in for a big surprise here! It’s fun to order a flight so you can try a few new things at once. Staff is knowledgeable. They just need more comfortable seating; we would have actually stayed longer but the high top chairs at the bar were egregiously uncomfortable.
