A thin, blonde... read more Overall the food is usually good but the attitude and attention are questionable with some of the workers.Twice we had issues with the same girl. A thin, blonde girl (name on receipt was Gavin but I doubt thats her name).The first issue was a minor mix up a month or two ago. This second was on 6/9/23 around 3:15pm. Our order was 12.48 and my mother gave the girl 20.50. That 's 8.02 she should have returned yet she gave us only 8.00. I know it 's only .02, but its the principle of giving the correct change. My mother asked for her two pennies and the girl said she couldn 't. Then my mother questioned as to why and she replied because she couldn 't due to it didn 't come out of the dispenser. Then preceeded to say, **** while digging through her personal coin purse Then handing over a penny and saying here. Very unprofessional. What if it was .99?Maybe you should do away with the coin dispenser if it isn 't working properly.

5 people working no one could take our order. So made us use the self oder. Could find what I wanted could pay with cash. Could help us out. Couldn't find the coffee roll, went out and was... read more We walked into Dunkin and the man behind the counter refused to take our order and said we had to use the kiosk. Couldn't find the coffee roll, went out and wasted 5 minutes in the drive thru, terrible service. We will never go back.
