I ordered the Good Burger meal it was one of the best burgers I ever had. I also had to get a cheddar roast beef because that 's what you do at Arby 's. My daughter wanted McDonald 's but likes Arby 's now because of the different sauces. My wife could use some more Gluten Free Options.
I keep experiencing mistakes every time I visit this restaurant—it's happened 15 or 20 times! I'm really frustrated. Whenever I order large fries, they always give me small fries. What is going on with these people?
The service was lacking, and the food was served cold. Additionally, the tomatoes were not fresh.
The floor was sticky from the front entrance to the order line to the drink area to our seat. My husband's spicy fish sandwich wasn't wrapped up properly, so it didn't stay together and was very messy. Half of our fries fell into the bag. I'm not sure why they gave us a bag since we were dining in. There was a light out in the ladies' room and my husband said the paper towel dispenser in the men's room didn't work.
They were fast and efficient! when I forgot to get my drink from the drive-thru there was already a person on the other side of the drive-thru there with it in hand, I call that dedication to the job! I look forward to coming back sometime soon
